The product
BoxPlanner is our own SaaS for CrossFit boxes and functional-fitness gyms: member management, contracts and SEPA direct debit, class schedules with registrations and waiting lists, workout programming with scoring and personal records, coach reports and a member mobile app.
Built on
- ASP.NET Core web platform and REST API on Azure App Service, one deployment per box with shared infrastructure
- .NET MAUI mobile app for iOS and Android
- integrations with Stripe, PayPal, EGYM Wellpass, Urban Sports Club and Apple/Google health data
- an AI-generated exercise library – descriptions, movement icons and demonstration videos produced with generative models and reviewed by coaches
- an MCP server that lets AI assistants query and administer a box (see the separate case study)
What it proves
BoxPlanner is the reference for everything we offer as a service: multi-tenant architecture, payment and membership logic, mobile apps, DevOps on Azure and AI features that have to work for real users every morning at 6 a.m. Boxes in Germany run their daily operations on it.
