Fees and payment terms will be specified in project agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Munich shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
