Why we built it
Every small company needs the same website: a few pages, services, articles, legal pages, a contact form – in German and English, on its own domain, with its own look. Building each one from scratch is expensive; page builders lock the customer in and stop at the first real requirement.
The platform
- one ASP.NET Core codebase, locked to one customer per Azure App Service – branding, colours, fonts, logo and content all come from the customer's configuration
- GenericCMSTools, our open library for multilingual content (
## EN / ## DE / ## ARin one file), SEO, sitemaps, themes and health checks - a browser content editor (
/admin, Microsoft login) so customers change their own texts; a command-line tool pulls their edits back into version control - layout variants – a consulting layout with services, and an editorial portfolio layout with full-screen imagery and video stories
- a completeness check in the pipeline: nothing deploys with a missing translation
In practice
For Campus Treuhand, a Munich tax consultancy, we ported their Framer prototype pixel-close in a single day: seven service pages, two languages, Impressum and privacy pages, contact form – on their own App Service with a managed TLS certificate. A hunting-film maker's portfolio site and our own company sites run on the same code.
